CIELAP provides many opportunities for volunteers to work and learn in a stimulating environment. CIELAP volunteers contribute to a more sustainable future while building skills and knowledge that can provide a foundation for future success.

Volunteer opportunities at CIELAP include contributing towards our research, database and information management, event organizing, communications, fundraising and computer troubleshooting, among other areas. Volunteers learn skills from staff and have the opportunity to be exposed to policy debates and meet decision-makers. If you are a student and require or are interested in an internship placement as a part of your studies, you may want to consider becoming a CIELAP Intern.

To apply to volunteer, please fill out our volunteer application form (pdf) (word) and send it, along with your resume and a reference, to cielap@cielap.org. Please mention in your email why you would like to volunteer at CIELAP and what role you would be interested in taking on. The CIELAP office will stay open late on Tuesday evenings to allow volunteers to come in outside of regular working hours.
