Ryan Merkley
Ryan Merkley is a partner and founder of Antfarm, a social change consulting agency based in Toronto. Ryan has considerable experience developing and promoting social change through strategic communications, policy development, public relations, and the occasional electoral campaign. Ryan also works as policy advisor and chief of staff to a Toronto City Councillor. His policy work with the City of Toronto is focused on waste, sustainability and the environment. Sandra Odendahl
Sandra Odendahl is Senior Director of Environmental Risk Management at CIBC. Before joining CIBC in September 2005, Sandra was with RBC Financial Group for 8 years. She has also worked with Beak Environmental Consulting, where she specialized in Environmental Impact Assessments for resource sector development projects, and with the Noranda Technology Centre as an environmental scientist. Sandra has a M.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and she completed the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program in 2003. Ellie Perkins
Ellie Perkins is an Associate Professor, Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University. She has held several academic and professional positions including Environment Policy Adviser, Ontario Ministry of Intergovernmental Affairs and Financial Management Training Consultant. (First appointed to the Board of Directors, November 30 2000)

David Powell
David Powell is the Program Counsellor and Placement Coordinator for the Environmental Studies Program at Innis College, University of Toronto. He also does environmental management consulting, primarily as a verifier of the Responsible Care program in place for member companies of the Canadian Chemical Producers’ Association. (First appointed to the Board of Directors, October 18 1983)
